Egyptian National Team News:

Amr Zaki has become the second player to pull out of Egypt’s squad for the friendly game against Brazil due to injury.
The Egyptian FA said on its website that manager Bob Bradley opts not to risk any injured player and has thus excluded the Zamalek striker from Monday’s game.

Bradley has decided not to call a replacement for the injured Mohamed Abdul-Shafi, who will also miss the Brazil game with a hamstring injury.

Bradley’s decision leaves the uncapped Mohamed Nassef as the only fit and recognized left back for the Pharaohs, with the ENPPI defender strongly tipped for a start.

Essam El-Hadary is clear to play against Brazil despite his club’s earlier insistence not to release him for international duty.

“El-Hadary is clear to play and nobody has the right to ban him but FIFA, so he can play if the management wants so,” Magdi said.

Brazilian National Team News:

Brazil beats Gabon 2-0

KAKA is Out, the midfield star is struggling with injury and a two-week layoff has been confirmed by Real manager Jose Mourinho on Saturday.

“Kaka cannot play tomorrow and he will not join Brazil because he won’t have enough time to recover,” Mourinho said ahead of Sunday’s Liga meeting with Osasuna.
“He has a minor injury like those many players sustain throughout a campaign. He has to recover over the next fortnight with specific workouts. It’s a minor problem.”

Marcelo has also been ruled out of Real’s weekend game, which makes him doubtful for the Egypt game.
