Egyptian giants Ahly have finalised financial details of their deal with the sponsors responsible for organising next Saturday’s friendly against Bayern Munich.
Ahly management have reached an agreement with the organisers to receive some $200,000 in friendly fees before the game.
“The friendly with Bayern will be a good experience for the team on the tactical level, and it will please the fans too,” Ahly football director Sayed Abdel-Hafiz said.
Meanwhile, the Bayern Munich squad will travel to Doha (Qatar) on Monday where they will launch their winter preparatory camp.
“We will do our best to make use of the preparatory camp in Qatar,” a Bayern Munich tactician was quoted as saying on the Bundesliga club’s official site.
