Salah is really thinking of making the switch across London

Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah could make switch across London to Premier League rivals Tottenham in the summer.

Tottenham are showing an interest in winger Mohamed Salah, who is set to leave Chelsea this summer.

Mauricio Pochettino is targeting players under the age of 28 this summer as he persists with the high-intensity strategy that has been a feature of Spurs’ season.

And Salah, who is currently on loan at Fiorentina, is on the White Hart Lane club’s radar.

Chelsea paid FC Basel £11m for Mohamed Salah in 2014 but sent him out on loan to Fiorentina in February

The Egyptian has impressed in Italy since leaving Stamford Bridge in February, and his displays have alerted Tottenham.
He has scored seven goals in 19 appearances for the Viola since the turn of the year.

Salah, 22, is free to leave west London this summer, but the Blues will look to recoup the vast majority of £11million they paid Basel in 2014.
Spurs are currently sixth in the Premier League table, seven points adrift of Champions League qualification, and travel to Stoke on Saturday.
