Manchester City were fantastic. City continued to attack after the early Sergio Aguero chance. They never allowed Chelsea into the game. All the credit to City – they were fantastic today. Psychologically it was important for City. -Danny Mills
City make it two 3-0 wins out of two and they top the table. They fully deserved this win. They were better from start to finish. Statement delivered.
Chelsea fail to get a win from their first two games of a Premier League season for the first time since 1998. That will not worry Jose Mourinho as much as the fact they were so clearly outclassed today by last season’s nearest rivals.
