Egyptian playmaker Ramadan Sobhi is currently considering a move to Europe, and his desirability is far from lacking.

Cairo giants Al Ahly agreed to sell rising star Ramadan Sobhi to Stoke City for  €6M and 15% commission if Stoke sales Ramadan Sobhi later on.

Both Arsenal and Roma have been contemplating making a move for the young talent who is considered by many as the best young player in Africa.

Arsenal was first to make contact with the player, inviting him to trial in February, but his Egyptian team Al Ahly refused the deal that was offered at the time.

The Italian side AS Roma spotted this opportunity and have increased pressure both on the team and on the player himself to make a decision.

Ramadan Sobhi was born in Egypt and has recently turned 18-years-old. After some impressive performances over the past season, the winger has become one of the major emerging talents in Africa.

Furthermore, the player from Cairo, who is currently valued at €6,000,000, has already been integrated into the senior national squad of Egypt after having been a member of the under-23 and under-20 squads.
