Mahmoud Trezeguet on target against Istanbulspor
Egypt midfielder Mahmoud Trezeguet continued his impressive start with Turkey’s Kasimpasa after scoring twice in a 3-1 victory over Istanbulspor in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The 22-year-old restored his side’s advantage six minutes past the hour mark in superb fashion, volleying home an inviting cross from the right.
He made it 3-1 on 73 minutes when his low shot from the edge of the area deflected off a defender and wrong-footed the keeper at his near post.
Trezeguet joined Kasimpasa, who play in the Turkish top flight, from Belgian giants Anderlecht on a season-long loan last month.
He scored four goals in three friendly appearances with his new team, having marked his debut with another brace in a 6-0 victory over Eyüpspor.

Trezeguet joined Royal Excel Mouscron on a season-long loan last season seeking regular football. The winger made a big impact in the Belgian league, scoring seven goals in 28 appearances across different competitions.
Kasimpasa is one of five Super Lig franchises representing Istanbul, along with Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Besiktas and ?stanbul Basaksehir. The 2017–18 season will be Kas?mpasa’s 14th consecutive season in the Super Lig and their 96th year in existence.
They finished the Turkish Super Lig last season in 9th place with 43 points.
