Serious Injury Mohamed Elneny vs West Ham | VIDEO

Arsenal suffered a blow in the first half of their Premier League match against West Ham on Sunday.

With the match still goalless in the opening forty-five, Arsene Wenger was forced into a substitution.

Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny was forced out the Hammers match after suffered a nasty looking injury in a challenge with Mark Noble.

It took several minutes to get Elneny off the pitch.

Eventually a stretcher was needed to help carry the midfielder off the surface.

It was noticeable that when Elneny left the pitch he covered his face with his shirt. That was an obvious sign of Elneny’s reaction to his injury.

Elneny left the game with his left leg in a brace.
