Live: Zamalek v Zesco CAF Champions League
Zamalek’s new head coach Patrice Carteron has potentially made up his mind on the line-up for tonight’s encounter in the CAF Champions League group stage against Zesco.
The White Knights are set to host the Zambian side later on Friday at Al-Salam Stadium at (21:00).
The French coach could make two alterations in the line-up, who played the first leg against the Zambian club, as Hazem Emam starts instead of Mohamed Abdel Ghani, who was ruled out due to an injury.
The White Knights’ forward Mostafa Mohamed comes in for Mohamed Ounajem.
Zamalek are looking forward to partly book their place in the last eight of the competition as the victory will make them have seven points in the second spot.
The White Knights made the worst start to their adventure in the group stage after suffering a 0-3 defeat to TP Mazembe, before defeating Primeiro de Agosto with two unanswered goals in the second leg. While they held a 1-1 draw against Zesco in the third leg.
