Elneny scores a world-class goal in Europa League
Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny opened his scoring account with Arsenal this season after netting the second goal in his side’s 4-1 win over Dundalk in a Europa League group stage game on Thursday.
The 28-year-old send a powerful 25-meter shot that went to top corner to help the Gunners top their group with a maximum 18 points.
The international midfielder left the pitch in the 62nd minute, making ways for Daniel Ceballos.
Elneny, who spent the last season on loan at Turkish side Besiktas, was linked with a move away from the Emirates in the summer.
But he cemented his place in Arsenal’s starting line-up with some impressive displays this season.
He has made 12 appearances in all fronts so far this season.
