Ismaily extended their winless run to four matches after being held to a 1-1 draw by minnows Minya in the Egyptian Premier League on Wednesday.
Minya midfielder Amr Osman gave his side the lead in the 20th minute but John Antwi scored the equaliser 23 minutes after the break.
It is the sixth goal for the Ghanaian striker this season.
