Tunisian side Esperance will host Egyptian giants Al Ahly in Tunis on Saturday night in the match of the weekend in the African Champions League group stages.

The Group B clash is a repeat of the two clubs semifinal clash in 2010, when won on away goals after a claiming 1-0 victory in Tunis via a controversial Michael Eneramo goal when he was accused of using his hand.

Esperance were held to a 1-1 draw by Algerian side MC Alger in their Group B opener, a disappointing result perhaps, but an away point in this competition is usually celebrated like a victory.Ahly might have wrapped up the Egyptian title recently, but they have been anything but their dominant selves in the past 12 months.

And coach Manuel Jose will have to do without three key injured men for this match-up, Mauritanian striker Dominique Da Silva, midfielder Mohamed Barakat and forward Mohamed Fadl.Ahly were also held in their first Group B clash, 3-3 at home by Wydad Casablanca, a game that showed both their attacking prowess and their vulnerability in defence.
