Egypt’s National Team superstar Mohamed Zidan plans to leave German side Borussia Dortmund in the summer in order to secure more first team football.

Egypt midfielder Mohamed Zidan has announced he wants to leave Borussia Dortmund after spending most of the season on the bench.

“I’m 30-years-old and want to play regularly, not be second or third choice,” Zidan told German newspaper Bild.
“I will stay until my contract expires in the summer. I love this club where I secured my first league title, but I need to play regular football.”
“I’m in negations with clubs both in the Bundesliga and outside Germany,” he said, without revealing further details.
