Zamalek SC to play Italy’s Parma FC
Zamalek board have approved an offer to play Italian side Parma in a friendly match to take place in Italy between 26 and 28 July.
“Manager Hassan Shehata has accepted the Parma friendly as its timing will not confllict with Champions League matches or preparations,” the White Castle spokesman told Modern Sports TV.
Zamalek started preparations for the CAF Champions League on Tuesday. They have been drawn with archrivals Ahly, Ghana’s Bechem Chelsea and TP Mazembe of DR Congo. They will start their campaign in Ghana on 7 June.
