Algeria beat Congo 31-13 on the African Handball Championships 2010 in Egypt.
The tournament will run until 21 February and will be held in three different venues; The mens competition will be held at the Cairo Stadiums hall 1 & 2 while the womens competition will take place at Al-Nasr Hall in Suez.
