Ittihad dropped to the bottom of the table with 15 point, Al Ahly is in 2nd place with 39 points only one point away from Zamalek.
Al Ahly suffered a huge blow when Mohamed Shawky sustained a knee injury but he had to stay on the field as the Reds had already made their three substitutions.
