Zamalek slump to a stunning 2-1 defeat by Police Union to suffer their first Egyptian Premier League loss this season.
A first half that was marred by a scene of breaking and entering from the Zamalek fans, ended in favor of the Whites, who took the lead through an Ahmed Hassan penalty.
But Police scored twice in the opening 12 minutes of the second half to snatch the points with goals from Salah Ashour and Maarouf Youssef.
It is the first league defeat for Hassan Shehata as manager of Zamalek, who slipped down from second to fifth place.
