Hosni Abd-Rabou scored twice for Ittihad Jeddah Draw
Egypt midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou scored twice for Ittihad Jeddah in a 2-2 draw with Hilal in the Saudi King Cup of Champions quarter-final.
Saudi Arabia midfielder Ahmed Al-Fraidi opened the scoring for visitors Hilal after seven minutes but Abd-Rabou equalized on 25 minutes with a trade-mark freekick.
The Ismaili loanee then made it two after the break with a header, but Ittihad couldn’t claim a first-leg win as Salem Al-Dossari grabbed a late equalizer for Hilal.
The second leg takes place on Thursday in Riyadh.
