Egypt U-20 vs England | Match Preview | FIFA U20 World Cup 2013
Match Info: 29 Jun 2013 – 20:00 EET (CAIRO/EGYPT TIME) | Atatürk Stadium (Bursa)
Egypt U-20 national team is set to face England in the final game of the World Cup group stage in Turkey, searching for a place in the 16th round of the tournament on Saturday.
The Young Pharaohs are on the brink of U-20 World Cup exit after losing their first two games. They suffered a 2-1 loss to Chile as well as to Iraq, leaving Iraq and Chile with four points each, two ahead of third-placed England.
This leaves the Pharaohs, though, bottom of their Group E with no points.

England and Egypt both aware of the consequences should more points be dropped. England are in a stronger position and could yet qualify with a draw, although only a win – something they have not managed in their last 16 FIFA U-20 World Cup encounters – will guarantee their place in the last 16. The Pharaohs, meanwhile, know that anything short of a victory – and likely a resounding one – will see them miss out on one of the best third-place berths.
