And on top of that, he has made stars out of so many players like Mesut Ozil, Didier Drogba, and Wesley Sneijder just to name a few.
However, he has been known to be controversial at times. And when its not something he said in a press conference, it is doing something to harm one of his players careers. Whether its putting a starter on the bench, criticizing him, or just never giving him a chance.

However, the football world is very thankful that the 22 year-old managed to go on loan to Fiorentina, as he is currently flourishing in Italy and has been deemed as the Serie As best January signing of the season.
