LIVE: Zambia v Egypt | Africa Cup of Nations U20 | 2017
Egypt plays Zambia in a do or die game tonight.
Egypt conceded on Wednesday late goal from Guinea to end with another draw in the U-20 Africa Championship in Zambia after their goalless draw to Mali in the group opener Sunday.
Striker Moustapha Mohamed gave the Pharaohs a first-half advantage with a nice shot from inside the area, opening the scoring seven minutes before the break.
Egypt’s keeper Essam El-Ghandour produced a heroic performance after the goal, saving the Pharaohs in many occasions before conceding the equaliser ten minutes from time.
Egypt are now second of the group A with two points, one point behind leaders Zambia.
The semi-finalists will take part in the U-20 World Cup which will take place from 20 May to 11 June in South Korea.
Egypt won the last of their four U-20 Nations Cup titles in 2013.
