Zamalek will be looking for their first three points of their new league campaign when they host Dakhleya at Cairo�s Petrosport Stadium on Sunday.

Having been held to an opening 1-1 draw with El-Entag El-Harby, Zamalek will now be eyeing a victory over Dakhleya in their second league game of the season.

After signing a total of 15 players in the summer, in addition to a few returning following respective loan stints, the Zamalek faithful believe it is about to time to get back to winning ways.

A summer-signing was on target in Zamalek�s draw with El-Entag, with striker Kabongo Kasongo drawing his side level after falling to a goal down in the first half.

Zamalek�s midfield showed glimpses of creativity during the game unlike the previous campaign, as newly-signed duo Ahmed Daouda and Mohamed Ashraf seemed capable of providing what the Whites sorely missed last season.

And with skillful playmaker Ayman Hefni set to return from a niggling groin injury, Zamalek should be facing no problem beating Dakhleya, who also opened their league campaign with a 1-1 draw with Petrojet.

Zamalek, who failed to win a single title last season after finishing third in the league, aim to return back to the winning podium after last winning the domestic trophy in 2015.
