LIVE: 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia – Final Draw LIVE
The 2018 World Cup draw is due to kick off in a few hours at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow, with all Egyptian fans switching their sights to Russia after their national team finally made it to the prestigious tournament for the first time in 28 years.

Egypts World Cup record came in stark contrast to their Africa Cup of Nations feats, having won the competition a record seven times including three titles in a row between 2006 and 2010 under former boss Hassan Shehata.
