Egypt lose goalkeeper El-Shennawy 5-6 months after knee injury
Zamalek’s & Egyptian National Team goalkeeper Ahmed El-Shennawy has been confirmed to be out of actions for 5-6 after sustaining a knee injury during the 2-1 loss to Ittihad of Alexandria in the Egyptian Premier League on Thursday, El-Shennawy announced on his Twitter account.

Early in the second half during the loss to Ittihad, Zamalek and keeper Ahmed El-Shennawi was forced off following a collision with substitute Mohamed Abdel-Meguid, as the understudy Mahmoud Gennesh came on.
