Saudi Arabia defeat Algeria 2-0 in a Friendly World Cup Warm-up Game
Saudi Arabia national football team defeated Algeria 2-0 in a friendly game held on Wednesday at Estadio Ramón de Carranza in Spain.
Al-Hilals Saudi player, Salman al-Farag, took the lead in the 25th minute from a free-kick outside the box.
Al-Nasrs loaned player to La Ligas club CD Leganes, Yahya al-Shehri, scored the second goal for Saudi Arabia in the 82nd minute.
Saudi Arabia played five matches, in the 2018 World Cup preparations, against Moldova, Iraq, Belgium, Ukraine and Algeria.
The Saudi national team will face Greece on May 15 before playing against Italy, Peru and Germany in June.
In 2018 World Cup, Saudi Arabia plays in Group A alongside Egypt, Uruguay and the hosts, Russia. The Arab teams will face each other at their last group stage match.
