Salah preparing hard for his first World Cup Game
Egypt have big ambitions for the World Cup and the team will enjoy the experince at the tournament, the Pharaohs star winger Mohamed Salah said on Sunday.
The 25-year old Liverpool top scorer, who has been undergoing rehabilitation therapy after suffering a shoulder injury in the UEFA Champions league final against Real Madrid last month, said he is preparing very hard for the team’s opener in the cup against Uruguay on Friday.
“Good willing! I am preparing in a very good way for the Uruguay match and things are going well,” Salah told the Media after the team’s first training session in Russia.

Egypt held their first World Cup training session on Sunday at the team’s base in Grozny, the capital city of Chechnya in Russia.
Egypt will be making their first World Cup appearance since 1990, when they were eliminated at the group stage.
“Let’s see what will happen in the coming days,” added the former Chelsea and AS Roma player, who is still doubtful for the Friday match.

The seven-time African champions, Egypt, will take on hosts Russia on 19 June before facing Saudi Arabia in their final group stage game on 25 June.
“I can’t predict to what extent Egypt will proceed at the World Cup, but we all have the ambition and hope to go far. We will enjoy the atmosphere and the tournament and god willing we will deliver a good performance,” Salah said.
“My morale is very good and everything is ok,” he concluded.
