DONE DEAL: Abdallah El-Said joins Pyramids FC | VIDEO
Pyramids FC announced on Friday that they have signed former Ahly player Abdallah El-Said.
El-Said, who fell out with Ahly last season over a new contract agreement, had reached a deal with bitter rivals Zamalek but was later retained by Ahly.
However, the Cairo side decided to send him on loan to Finnish club Kuopion Palloseura last April for disciplinary reasons, before selling him to Saudi club Al-Ahli in the summer.
The Egypt international featured 14 times with the Saudi club, scoring two goals and making two assists.

According to a statement on Pyramids FC’s Facebook page, the player will join the team for Friday’s anticipated clash against defending champions Ahly at 30 June Stadium.
El-Said, 33, is Pyramids’ fifth signing in the winter transfer window, following Ecuador’s international striker Jhon Cifuente, Tunisia’s Etoile du Sahel’s Egyptian striker Amr Marei, Maqassa’s Burkinabe winger Eric Traore and Palestinian forward Hamed Hemdan, as the club hopes to clinch the Egyptian league title in their first appearance in the competition.
Pyramids are currently second in the league standings with 30 points, eight adrift of table-toppers Zamalek.
