Egypt to face Zimbabwe June 21st | Africa Cup Of nations 2019

The draw has been made for this year’s AFCON with Mohamed Salah’s nation kicking off this year’s tournament against Sunday Zimbabwe’s side.

Hosts Egypt will start this year’s Africa Cup of Nations against Zimbabwe on June 21 after being drawn alongside DR Conga and Uganda in Group A.

Elsewhere, South Africa have been drawn alongside Namibia, Ivory Coast and Morocco in what is widely being regarded as this year’s “Group of Death”.

Group B: Nigeria, Guinea, Madagascar, Burundi

Group C: Senegal, Algeria, Kenya, Tanzania

Group D: Morocco, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Namibia

Group E: Tunisia, Mali, Mauritania, Angola

Group F: Cameroon, Ghana, Benin, Guinea-Bissau
