Mohamed Elneny wanted in West Ham United

According to reports in London, Elnenny could be subject of interest from West Ham United.

At this stage, it is unsure how reliable the source in London is, but nonetheless the 27-year-old could leave Arsenal this summer.

Elneny arrived at the Emirates Stadium in 2016 but has failed to hold down a regular place in the team.

In three seasons he has featured in 89 games in all competitions, scoring twice and registering eight assists.

Quite simply, the Gunners have better players in Elneny’s position right now and he is perhaps surplus to requirements.

According to Spotrac, the midfielder earns £55,000 per-week and getting that off the wage bill would allow Emery some room to manoeuvre.
