Hossam Ashour Joins Al-Ittihad Of Alexandria

Hossam Ashour, former Al Ahly SC captain, agreed to play for Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari in the new season after his contract has ended with the Red Devils.

Ahmed Shobair said over the radio during the program he presents at “On Sport FM”: “Hossam Ashour agreed to join Al-Ittihad after consulting some of his old colleagues.”

Al- Ittihad’s head coach Hossam Hassan pointed in a press conference Tuesday night, that there is an intention inside the Alexandrian club to sign Al-Ahly’s Ashour, affirming that negotiations with the player are ongoing and the final decision will be determined within the few coming hours.

“We hope to possess ambitious players and we are working to include good players with great specifications,” he added.
