On Tuesday, The Red Devils continued their Egyptian Premier League campaign in impressive fashion, securing a 3-0 victory over Aswan away from home and extending their lead at the top of the table.
Ahly dominated the first half, scoring three goals through Mahmoud Kahraba, Ahmed Abdel-Kader, and Mohamed ‘Afsha’ Magdi to secure an easy win against Aswan.
With this victory, The Red Devils, who lost the title to Zamalek in the last two seasons, have now accumulated 40 points from 16 games, three points ahead of second-placed Pyramids FC, who have played two more games.
Aswan remains with 22 points in ninth place.
