Amr Zaki’s Future in England

Amr Zaki’s personal manager Mohamed Said confirmed that Wigan Athletic ace will not return to the Egyptian league (EL) as he plans to stay in the English Premier League (EPL).

“Zaki will continue his adventure in the EPL. He has adapted well in England. Zaki will never back to the EL under any circumstances”, Said told Yallakora.com.

The striker, AKA Bolduzer, made a stunning start in the EPL netting 10 goals in 11 games.

And his manager refuted all the rumors suggesting his return to the EL. “He scored 10 goals in the EPL, his return is inconceivable”, added he.

Zaki joined Wigan on a season-long loan from Egyptian FC Zamalek and he is the Latics’ top scorer.

“It’s understood that Zaki’s relationship with Wigan is over. He plays on a loan basis till the end of the season”.

“He will return to Zamalek to be sold to another club as Wigab can’t afford his price” Said clarified.

“The Latics tried to sign him on a permanent deal many times during the season, but they failed to meet Zamalek demands”, he went on saying.

Different offers

According to Said, several clubs are keen on taking advantage of Zaki”s services. He has already received 4 offers from EPL clubs and two from Spain and Germany.

“Zaki is focus on his international duty in the WC qualifiers. We will study the offers and see what will happen”, Said noted.

“Also we have to wait for Zamalek presidential elections in order to define Zaki future”, he concluded.
