An amazing first-half goal from striker Lama Koné was good enough to hand Al Ahly their 4th defeat in the Egyptian Premier League 2014.
Al Ahly are left in 4th place of Group A.
The Red Devils also failed to revenge a previous loss against Dakhlia, who defeated them 1-0 in the league’s first round last month.
The Cairo giants failed to jump to second place and instead remained fourth in Group A with 19 points from 11 games, seven behind leaders Smouha.
Dakhlia currently lie at sixth place with 13 points.
Ahly failed to make use of Dahlia’s defensive strategy in the first 15 minutes, never imposing a real threat on their hosts’ goalie.
