Zamalek grabbed a 3-1 victory at Masri on Monday to increase their chances of finishing second in the Egyptian Premier League.
Hassan Mostafa opened the scoring before Shikabala hit a wonder goal to give the visitors a first-half lead.
Abdul-Salam Nagah pulled one back for Masri, but substitute Remy Adiko wrapped up the three points for Zamalek.
Zamalek remain second on 51 points while Masri are 11th on 32.
