Ismaily’s superb start to the season was dealt a blow after they were held to a 0-0 draw by Ittihad El-Shorta on the 4th Matchday of the Egyptian Premier League on Tuesday.
The Dervishes had won their first three league matches, including against Egypt Cup holders Zamalek last Thursday.
Despite today’s draw, coastal side Ismaily remains top of Group B with 10 points.
