Ahly center-half Mohamed Naguib and left-back Sabri Rahil have been rated doubtful for the league game with lowly Ragaa on Tuesday.
After more than a month-and-half hiatus following the Air Defence Stadium tragedy last month, the league is now set to resume on March 30, but a handful of Ahly players look not completely ready for domestic action.
Egypt international Naguib is suffering a knee problem and he will be assessed later on the day to determine the extent of his injury, meanwhile, Rahil has a muscle complaint.
Ahly are currently in third place on 36 points, nine adrift of leaders Zamalek after the first half of the season.
