Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has potentially made up his mind on the Reds‘ starting line-up for tonight’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace F.C.
The German coach could make four alterations in the line-up, who started against Everton in the first game for the Reds after resuming the English league, as the match ended in a goalless draw, which was a disappointing result for Liverpool’s fans.
Egyptian star Mohamed Salah would start instead of Takumi Minamino, and Georginio Wijnaldum would partake in place of Naby Keïta.
Liverpool’s Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah is fit to play against Crystal Palace having fully recovered from an injury, coach Jurgen Klopp announced on Tuesday.
“[Mo] trained yesterday completely normal, he will train today completely normal, I would guess, and then he is available. What I make with the line-up, you have to wait until tomorrow, ” Klopp told the pre-match news conference on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old was benched for his side’s goalless draw against Everton in the Merseyside derby on Sunday after suffering a minor injury that prevented him from training normally until the eve of the clash with Everton.
The Egyptian winger, who has scored 16 goals this season so far, is hoping to keep his title as the Premier League’s top scorer for the third consecutive season.
Leicester City striker James Vardy is currently leading the top scorer chart with 19 goals so far.
With eight matches remaining, Premier League leaders Liverpool need only five points to be declared champions for the first time since 2000.
