Algeria & Senegal Qualify for 2021 AFCON in Cameroon
Senegal’s national team became the first African team to qualify for the 2021 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) after defeating Guinea-Bissau (1-0) on Sunday.

The Desert Warriors are now topping the group with ten points, with a five-point advantage above second-place Zimbabwe (5 points).
Andy Delort opened the scoring for the last edition champions in the 34th minute, before Mehraz adding the second four minutes later.
Zimbabwe scored the first goal in the last minute of the first half, before hitting the equaliser at the end of the match.
