Egypt allowed a precious one-goal lead to slip away as they lost 3-1 to England at Wembley on Wednesday.
The African champions capped a fantastic display in the first-half with Mohamed Zidan’s strike but they failed to hold on to victory after the restart.

Algeria’s preparations for the World Cup suffered a setback as they were thrashed 3-0 in a home friendly against fellow finalists Serbia.
The Desert Hawks, who are in the same group as England, United States and Slovenia for this summer’s tournament in South Africa, struggled for large parts of the game against their European opponents.
They fell behind after 14 minutes thanks to a Marko Pantelic strike and never recovered.
