Mohamed Zidan has been stretchered off injured as Borussia Dortmund missed out on a much-needed Bundesliga win over Hoffenheim on Sunday.
Veded Ibisevic scored one minute from time to deny Dortmund three priceless points in their quest for a Champions League place.
Egypt forward Zidan was forced to leave the pitch after less than 30 minutes after stepping awkwardly on his right knee to be replaced by Nelson Hadeo Valdez.
Curiously, it was Valdez who headed in the only goal for the home side after the break at Signal Iduna Park.
Dortmund have also lost the services of midfielder Nuri Sahin after 22 minutes due to injury.
Jurgen Klopp’s side remain fifth of the table on 53 points as they failed to move to third.
