Egypt and Ismaily goalkeeper Essam El-Hadary has been hit with a four-month ban for making an illegal transfer from Ahly to Sion in 2008.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced the verdict on Tuesday, but said the ban will take affect starting from next season.

The CAS also imposed a $800,000 against Sion for their part in the breach of El-Hadary’s contract with Ahly.
The Swiss club were also banned from recruiting any new players in the next two transfer periods.
