Zamalek failed to to keep Egyptian League title hope and draw 1-1 with Ittihad in Alexandria.
Zamalek’s goalkeeper Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed has apologized to the team�s fans following Sunday�s disappointing 1-1 draw at Ittihad of Alexandria.
�I apologize to our supporters for what happened today. We threw away what would have been a very important win,� El-Sayed, who was criticized by Zamalek�s faithful lately for letting in two soft goals in last week�s 2-2 Cairo derby draw with Ahly, said on Zamalek’s official website.
