Egypt’s Zamalek have officially signed Benin striker Razak Omotoyossi on a three-year contract, the Whites assistant coach, Ismail Youssef, announced on Wednesday.
Omotoyossi agreed personal terms with Zamalek and was supposed to complete a $100,000 move on Sunday, only for Syrianska to ask for an extra $100,000.
Omotoyossi, who is the main striker for the Benin national team, has just signed for Syrianska one month ago on a free transfer from GAIS.
He also took part in both the 2008 and 2010 African Cup of Nations and he is a key member of Benin’s squad. He has 18 goals at international level.
