Mohamed Barakat is on course to recover from injury in time for Ahly‘s round of 32 African Champion’s League clash against Ethiopian Coffee in Addis Ababa on 25 March.
“Barakat will be ready for the Ethiopian Coffee game as he is recovering from his injury,” Ahly’s Dr Ehab Ali said.
The 35-year-old veteran reversed his decision to retire which he made after the Port Said disaster. However, he insists that he will not play for the national team again.
