Zamalek striker Amr Zaki and Al Ahly midfielder Hossam Ashour will both miss Egypt’s 2 friendly matches.
“Bradley will not pick replacements for Zaki and Ashour due to the lack of time,” Abdel-Fattah was quoted as saying by official news agency MENA.
Zamalek striker Zaki and Ahly midfielder Ashour were both included in the Pharaohs’ squad for a training camp in Sudan, where they are scheduled to play two friendly matches against Uganda and Chad on 29 and 31 March.
Zaki sprained his ankle, while Ashour suffered a groin strain.
