Ismaily football team will be on a break for three days after they defeated El-Khartoum of Sudan 5-0 at home Sunday in the Arab Champions League round of 32.
“The team will resume the regular trainings on Thursday to prepare for the domestic competition in case the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) decided to hold it as scheduled [starting 15 December]” the coastal club, under the helms of manager Sabry EL-Menyawy stated on their official website Monday.
Ismaily, Egypt’s sole representative in Arab Champions League, have qualified to the round of 16 winning the Sudanese opponent 6-3 on aggregate as they lost 3-1 away.
