Ivory Coast and Tunisia are level at the top of Group D, after both won their opening ties on Tuesday.
The Carthage Eagles have since suffered a setback, with experienced striker Issam Jemaa ruled out for the rest of the tournament with a knee injury.
The 28-year-old had to be replaced after just 18 minutes of Tunisia’s tie with Algeria – which they won 1-0 .
The Ivorians have no such concerns, as they seek to take a step closer to securing their first title in 21 years.
Ivory Coast coach Sabri Lamouchi:
“We’re going to try not to commit the same mistakes we did against Togo [on Tuesday].
“I’m expecting a very difficult game and a better performance from my team.
“Our last performance wasn’t representative of Ivorian football.”
Tunisia coach Sami Trabelsi:
“Ivory Coast is a very good team but they’re not unbeatable.
“Certainly they have some of, if not the best players in Africa.
“I don’t understand why this generation of Ivorian players hasn’t won the Cup of Nations.
“But that proves that they must have some vulnerabilities.”
