The second leg of the final of the Orange CAF Champions League pits Al Ahly against Orlando Pirates on Sunday 10 November. The first leg of the final resulted in a draw; the second leg is decisive and every outcome is possible.
The gates of the stadium will be open from 11:00 AM until the stadium is packed.
Today’s clash will be the first to take place in Cairo since the February 2012 Port Said disaster left over 70 Ahly fans dead following crowd riot in the Suez Canal city.
Egyptian side Ahly are on the brink of winning a record-extending the eighth Champions League title as they host South Africa’s Orlando Pirates in the final second-leg on Sunday.
The Red Devils are expected to be roared on by the passionate crowd they have been missing in most of their Champions League matches, which they were forced to hold more than 400 km away from Cairo due to security concerns in the capital.
