The Egyptian winger, who continued his hot run at Fiorentina, scoring four goals in six games.
Egypt winger Mohamed Salah has expressed his delight after scoring the winner for Fiorentina in Sunday’s 1-0 victory against Inter Milan, hailing his teammates for the victory.
Salah continued his dazzling displays with Fiorentina, bringing his Serie A tally to three goals in four games and giving the Viola their first victory at Giuseppe Meazza in almost 15 years.
“Important victory today with a great performance from everyone. Thanks to God,” Salah said via his Twitter account after the match.
Salah has joined the Florence-based club on a deal until the end of the campaign, with the option of an extension for the 2015-16 season.
And according to Italian press, under the terms of the loan arrangement, Fiorentina can not purchase the player outright until the summer of 2016, when they can pay an agreed price of €15m for his services.
Salah spent just a year with the Blues, where he struggled to make an impact on the first-team.
The Egyptian arrived from Basle in an £11m deal in January 2014, but made just nine starts in all competitions for the club.
