Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah this summer.
The 23-year-old is on the books of Premier League champions Chelsea at the moment, but his future at Stamford Bridge is wrapped up in uncertainty.
At Fiorentina, though, Salah was a huge success, and his performances in Serie A show that Tottenham would be wise to sign him this summer.
The winger scored six goals and created 30 chances in 16 Serie A games for Fiorentina, while having a pass accuracy of 86% and a shot accuracy of 52%.
Salah scored one goal and created 12 chances in seven Europa League matches for the Florence-based outfit.
Good move for Tottenham Hotspur
The Egyptian was one of the best signings of the 2014-15 Serie A campaign, and he is a player who will certainly improve Tottenham.
The 23-year-old has yet to prove himself in the Premier League, but that is mainly because he has not been given an extended run in the Chelsea team.
Tottenham need to sign a winger this summer. While Erik Lamela showed some promise towards the end of the 2014-15 campaign, Andros Townsend is an average player and Aaron Lennon is pretty much past his prime.
