The Reds hammered El Gouna 4-0 in the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Walid Soliman netted his first-ever career hat-trick.
Soliman, who will turn 35 in December, scored on minutes 10, 42 and 49 while Hussein El-Shahat completed the rout in the 88th minute to extend Ahly’s perfect start of the season.
Al Ahly have moved to the top of the table with 12 points, and they still have a game in hand.
